In the event that the spy-ware, viruses, or root kit have damaged file to the point they cannot be removed we may have to reformat the hard drive to clear it of errors.

- Back Up Customer selected data files
- Format the Hard Drive
- Reinstall the operationg system and restore data files

We take every effort to save and recover your data files; however, we are not responsible for infected, damaged, or lost files.
